F.A.Q: Quotations and Ordering
We want everyone to express their imagination and go wild with their designs but to ensure it can be enjoyed by every one of all ages, the following content is NOT accepted:
- Text or images that infringe on any intellectual property rights
- Text or images of an obscene nature, pornography or nudity
- Content that can reasonably be viewed as discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation or disability
- Text that glorifies drug use/abuse
- Content that can reasonably be viewed as harassing, threatening or otherwise harmful
- Content that violates or encourages anyone else to violate the law
As all orders are printed as part of an automated process we cannot oversee everything but we please ask you to abide by these rules.
We work on a strict design process. Starting with your demand for a quote, our team responds with high resolution designs and a formal price quotation.
Upon reception we kindly request your feedback, or acceptance, within the allotted time frame. Once expired we will cancel the offer and the reserved production slot. Off course, this doesn't necessarily mean you have to apply for another quote. We may simply update the delivery delay and book another reservation.
After your formal acceptance and deposit, production and delivery take over. Since we plan out extensively, you can bet we'll deliver as proposed. You may check in for an update any time.
By saving you design on our servers, you are confirming to the following:
- I confirm ownership or have been granted usage by the rightful owner before uploading a design.
- I hold the specific right to commercially reproduce this design.
- If, for any reason, the legal holder of this copyright contacts Lapspice, I understand that he/she will be referred directly to me.
- I understand that illegal usage of a third party's protected design is a serious offence and can result in heavy penalties and legal prosecution.
Our bulk discounts start from orders with a quantity of 1. Truly, we consider each and every client as our friend. And remember, ordering with Lapspice is like ordering with a friend.
However we do consider production capacity. Our bulk discounts start from orders with a quantity of 20 or more. With orders of a quantity of 200 units or more you can receive discount of up to 50% off your order. For more information or a tailored quote, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We want all customers to be happy so we offer a no-fuss returns policy (never needed it). All items can be returned within 5 days should there be any problems or in-corrections with your order. Group orders (over 3 items) that have been personalised cannot be returned unfortunately as these cannot be resold. If there are in-corrections with your order we will resend new items out.
Please confirm with us before sending your item so we know its due to be delivered. All returns should be sent via a signed service to guarantee delivery. Parcels should also be clearly labelled with your name and contact details (name, email & contact number).
